Our Rates​
Dissolution of Marriage/Divorce with minor children $4400
This fee includes up to eight hours in session (meeting in our office, by phone, or on Zoom), preparation of your Marital Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan, preparation of the standard paperwork/forms needed for filing an uncontested dissolution of marriage/divorce, and reasonable telephone and/or email communication throughout the process.

Mediation for couples never married with minor children $4400
This fee includes up to eight hours in session (meeting in our office, by phone, or on Zoom), preparation of the Petition for Paternity and Parenting Plan, preparation of the standard paperwork/forms needed for filing with the courts, and reasonable telephone and/or email communication throughout the process.

Dissolution of Marriage/Divorce with no minor children $2800
This fee includes up to five hours in session (meeting in our office, by phone, or on Zoom), preparation of the standard paperwork/forms you will need to file for an uncontested dissolution of marriage/divorce, and reasonable telephone and/or email communication throughout the process.

Additional services provided as add ons, if needed.
Modification to Parenting Plans is also offered.
